the way the bag came was truly exceptional, so much that i’m not sure it was even ever used?! and if it was it was kept in the most pristine condition i’d ever see from a bag owner. the shipping was fast, realizable, and she extra protected it with an extra plastic bag over it. i literallt could not have asked for any better as this is a gift for my mother. i’m so happy!!! thank you!!
