Absolutely love my new Daydreamer sweatshirt. But let me go further here by saying this seller is fantastic! Not only did she offer me a discount, she shipped quickly and once I received it today it was packaged nicely with a cute little card. But there’s more..something weird happened with tracking & the package was delayed and it appeared USPS had possibly returned the package to her and stopped updating tracking. While on vacation, she spent time contacting the post office to inquire what was going on and found out the package was still on its way to me (yay!!) and also immediately reached out to PM support in hopes they could also shed light on what was happening (the tracking update was something we both had never seen before). She has been so communicative by making herself available throughout this little ordeal and took initiative to try to remedy the problem. I could go on and on here but this is someone I would gladly support time and again in the future. Ty so much for being an amazing seller and woman in general. I appreciate you & all you did so much🩷
