No issues with the order. Unfortunately, the shoes seem to be mislabeled; I’ve owned many pairs of Minnetonka Mocs in a size 9. This time I was trying to size up a little and this pair is labeled 9.5 but is way too small!

Wow. I can't get over how pretty these are IN RL. The suede is real and butter soft and has a perfect stretch to it. The wooden platform is gorgeous.
