I was very surprised that the bag had never been used. The only thing I don’t like about it is the straps for backpack use. They are not attractive at all. I wish they were removable so I could change them out. I want to thank you for your speedy delivery. I was out of town for several days and was not at home when it was delivered. Since this is a private conversation, can I ask why you didn’t keep it?
