Shoes are brand new. However, shoes didn't arrive with shoe box and no lid. Shoes arrived in a box with a paper nike bag in the package. Also, there is a tiny tan spot on top of the right shoe (not noticeable unless you are looking very closely at shoes). Good value purchase.
