Serenity was very on top of communication and answering any questions I had prior to ordering. Packaging was great! She included a perfect addition to my order that matches the panties beautifully. Upon opening my package, she hand wrote a personal note that brought a genuine smile upon my face. That’s rare to do! I very much appreciate how above and beyond Serenity went for my purchase. I honestly thought I was the only seller out there that still did personal handwritten notes and added gifts to purchases.
