Packaging was great. The coach diaper bag is the perfect size that I was hoping for and the condition was great for the good condition of the bag. Fast delivery and couldn't ask for a better seller. Would definitely purchase from again!

*****ONE STAR***** I ordered 2 bags. 1 was perfect and the other was listed as black but was Navy blue when received and the crossbody chain was rusted on both ends connected to the bag which was not described nor depicted in photos. I was the sent a rude message from the seller for a 3 star rating that I left so I actually am lowering it to a 1 star but need to have a 5 star rating for buyers to see this review. I would avoid doing business with this seller altogether.
