I need more stars to reflect how I feel about this shopping experience. This suedey, not too heavy or stiff, cranberry-ish jacket is the perfect thing for my wardrobe right now and I have to compliment you highly on its condition upon arrival. Sometimes items seem like they were grabbed off the floor a wrinkled mess, and just stuffed or smushed into a mailer, absolutely not able to be worn right away, requiring all sorts of steaming, laying flat, ironing (x2 or x3). NOT the case here. Thank you so much for the obvious care you took in making sure the piece was in presentable, wearable condition before you packaged it. I’m very, very happy with this unusual little jacket!
