Update I did receive the item. I do apologize and will take full accountability for my mishap. I’m sure with our crappy weather and crappy weather across the US it was delayed. However the dress came and in my size so I must have bid on this item. The dress beautiful and came with tags. Again I apologize for my mistake. Your items were so amazing and mesmerizing with all the sparkles.
