Very fast shipper and commu cation was openseller. Bracelet was damaged apparently in shipping. I would suggest additional padding when shipping in a bubble envelope. It was just in there with no addition wrap. I think its important to wrap jewelry and not trust USPS with contents and precious handling. I think things can be learned in shipping. I think USPS damaged. I am just choosing some grace this time and not opening a case.
