I had concerns about shipping and sellers immediately ( within minutes) responded with information and I was able to track my package. My package was delivered on time. I had issues with the post office but the issue had nothing to do with the seller she in fact helped. I do wish her description was a little more specific to a detail on one of the boots that’s not noticeable in the pictures she posted.
