At the moment of shipping- crappy padded packing is an awful way to get a wool sweater safe and to look like it came from a refugee camp æ!!!. Quick shipping is always appreciated, but clean wool beats it, keep in mind- the cost of the dry cleaning is literally the price of it. Excellent seller, besides the bad choice for envelopes, great seller.
