The seller unintentionally swapped shipments with another order, but she worked so hard to get the problem resolved. Her communication was excellent, and I finally got the hoodie today. I’m sure it would’ve come sooner had we not been waiting for the other customer to have shipped more promptly. But the sweatshirt is exactly as described and fits me perfectly. I hope to buy from her shop again!!
