I work as a nurse practitioner in a substance use disorder clinic.There is a young man ( pt.) who is the sole parent for his twin girls.He is in good recovery& works full-time.He has very little money so the office manager and I are putting together a Christmas package for the girls . This jacket will be one of the presents I ordered another jacket from another poshmark seller . both jackets are lovely
