Dealing with Brian has given me a great first experience with Poshmark. I ordered a beautiful set of new dishes, unfortunately a couple of pieces were damaged in the journey. When I communicated this with Brian he was very pleasant and friendly, and offered a extremely fair if not generous partial refund to compensate for the damaged dish. All and all a great experience every step of the way ☺️👍
