Sisi - so sorry for the delay in accepting your Sunbeam clothes steamer. It arrived very quickly, but I was off the grid for a bit, & a friend collected my deliveries. However, the steamer arrived in pristine condition, & I look forward to using it routinely as well as on an upcoming trip.
