I rarely feel the need to give a negative review and this one is not totally negative.I give a five star rating for the new with tag dress which was lovely and was packaged well. I was not happy with the slow shipping. It wasn’t shipped until seven days after I ordered it. I would’ve appreciated a message from the seller if there was an issue. I had hoped to wear it to a special occasion.
