Well, it took 2 weeks to get here. 3 days of that are on USPS. It has a jump ring missing. I make jewelry so I will fix it right up. Sometimes thing just go bad. Happens to me all the time! It was well packaged!So... overall I love my new neckace & I may be a repeat customer. No problems here! A+++++
