The boots were pretty dirty when they arrived. I was able to clean them up pretty well, but some marks couldn’t be removed (deeper scratches). The soles were also damaged/worn (~10% of the heels). Their condition didn’t seem to match with only having been worn “once,” but that could have more to do with the quality of the boots themselves. All-in-all they’re still in pretty good shape and I’m overall happy with the purchase.
