I have been trying to find out how to navigate this system for days! Without success! The product arrived in good time! It was beautifully shipped and in EXCELLENT condition! I love it. I tried to email the seller but wound up writing her, since my attempts to email that address failed. I have tried to reach POSHMARK unsuccessfully since the day the product arrived. I am afraid to order anything else, since I seem to lack the ability to fulfill my end of the sale. Anyway, 5 stars to everyone involved!
