I was completely surprised to have received the tie today. Delivery was definitely prompt. Your Thank You note which you included with the order brought a smile to my face, of days of customer service that are no longer taught. The tie I purchased is a beautiful tie and it arrived exactly as photographed and described. The tie reminds me of my grandfather and I know I will love wearing it to professional meetings or gatherings. Thank you again for the outstanding customer service!
