I didn't want to hurt your stats but come on. It looks like you threw the purse in a reused box that is damaged and dented. No thank you card, no protective paper or poly mailer, no care for this item at all. The handles are all crinkled and the purse is dirty there are stains on the purse that are not called out or pictures shown. Not cool. I gave a 5 so I wouldn't hurt your stats
