I am a little disappointed with the books, I guess I misread what they were and assumed they were all geared towards Keto, but obviously they aren’t. I have been on Keto for a year and lost 40 lbs., so I am on Keto for life which is fine with me. I will hopefully find someone who is not on low carb to give the other books to 🥴
