My entire experience from beginning to end has been the BEST. From the moment my offer was accepted to the time I received this beautiful bag has been nothing but amazing. Order placed at 9pm and @sonyata17 shipped my item the very next day. I received shipping confirmation at 8:34 am the very next morning. The packaging was impeccable and done with such greatness as to not have the bag damaged during transit. I thought I was opening an item from the actual Gucci store. I am very pleased with not only the item I received but how courteous and responsive and just very kind she has been. Thank you so much @sonyata17😊😊😊🩷🩷🩷
