Item as described. Could've been package a little better; box was oversized and could've used some newspaper or similar added for padding, as the item was rattling around loosely. The box arrived trashed, despite the "fragile"/"do no crush labels" all over the box. Yes, USPS could've taken more care, but I don't know how one could honestly expect something packed that way would come across the country unscathed. I was surprised to find that the mounting bar detatches easily from the saucer disc. Not sure if it's supposed to do that? On my original flying saucer wheel that I purchased directly from the manufacturer many years ago, the bar seems to be inseparable from the saucer, so I hope it won't be an issue with this one and that it's supposed to detatch. Despite everything, I was glad to find this item, and will try to clean it up so it's ready for use to make a little chinchilla very happy.
