The watch is exactly as described. I ordered this for my daughter for an upcoming trip to Disney instead of a magic band since you can now use your Apple Watch the same way. Not to mention she has been wanting one to match her sisters and to use the walkie talkie function with them. Stacy went the extra mile and even included the Apple Watch box making my 7 year old feel as though she was getting a brand new Apple Watch. Upon setup we did have some minor issues but stacy promptly responded to my message and resolved the situation. Overall was a great and seamless experience.
