Not sure how this happened but the outside box as well as the shoe box were soaking wet when received. Shoes were a little damp but a little sunshine solved that problem. I’m sure this is no fault of the seller. Love the shoes! Thank you

Lotion did not have safety seal ( silver covering at the opening) Great scent
