Item had no bubble wrap or protection and came all banged up, box got pretty beat up sadly and the product was very messy and moist which im hoping is just from the heat melting it. Seller to seller just be sure to use bubble wrap always. Doesn't matter if you think it doesn't need it the shipping process is very hard on packages. You can also get free priority bubble mailers on usps site to ship in to save costs. ♡
