The dress was in great condition and arrived quickly considering I live in PA! My daughter looked beautiful for her big brothers Dr Seuss themed birthday party! Seller also stated in the comments that it ran big like a 18-24 mo which was very helpful! I had forgotten that information when I saw the dress was actually a 12mo size but it fit her perfectly!
