Received item that was not as described as it was missing the charm that was pictured and stated in the description. Seller said she didn't have it after asking if the package was opened during shipping, which it wasn't. I asked if a partial refund was possible to buy a charm. Seller was not willing to work with me. I offered $29; she countered $31 and I accepted. In the end I decided to keep the bag, but IMHO, it would have been the right thing for seller to offer me a $2 refund for her mistake. Conversation with seller went as follows: Seller: Was the package opened during shipping possibly? Me: No the bag was sealed well No response from Seller Me: When can I expect the charm? Seller: I don’t have have it. Seller: If I did, I would gladly send it to you. I do not have it if you’d like you can return the bag. Me: I really love the bag and I don’t really want to return it. Is there A way we can work something out with a partial refund? No response from Seller. Me (next day): So is a partial refund an option? Seller: If you don’t want the bag you can return it. Me: Your description was not accurate. My purchase was based on your description and the pictures that you posted. When I questioned you about the charm you asked if the Package was damaged in transit, knowing that you did not have a charm to go with the bag. I feel that a small refund is appropriate because I do really like the bag, and it will cost me money to purchase a charm since the bag did not come with one as described. Seller: I understand that you’re unhappy please send the bag back. I will gladly take it back and refund you 100% of your money.
