It’s a nice bag. It was shipped fast, and with a very sweet little note. The seller was kind and responsive. My only complaint is that it was listed as the BFF bag (which, on the jujube website is a convertible crossbody / backpack style bag) and this is not. It’s a crossbody (tote) only. I suppose I should have asked more questions. I had been looking specifically for the BFF bag. I don’t know if it’s just an old version or a different style altogether, but I’m a little bummed.
