Seller was great & service was great. I love the sandals, but may have to give them my friend. They are a medium width and I actually wear a narrow. Was hoping I could tighten adjustable straps enough to make them work, but having to adjust the straps so tightly ruins the look of the sandal and the Clark comfort. ; (
