The outside packaging left a lot to be desired, and the cloth brand bag that came with the item was well worn, but the bag itself is just as described. The inside of the bag and the Brahmin emblem on the outside showed slight signs of use, but overall the bag is in great condition. I felt it was a good value for what I paid!

Thank you the handbag is stunning! The color it's pristine...I smelled the leather when I opened the box. I must say this is my first Dooney and the leather is more beautiful than my Gucci bag . Ty again ! Ty for perfect packaging 📦 💓
