The shoes arrived beautifully packaged with a hand written card that was so thoughtful it brought tears to my eyes. It was the most meaningful reminder of how far a little care can go. I had just come home after a difficult day and receiving a package from a complete stranger that was put together with so much love meant a lot. Alma the seller even gifted me with a beautiful French perfume to wear with the shoes. I’m so moved by her way of doing business with such thoughtful care. OMG!! So happy with this authentic Burberry coat. The quality is obvious right away, and I love the vintage feel. It has so much character and is still timeless. It arrived exactly as described, and the seller’s personal message was super sweet. Such a great experience overall.
