Packaging was thoughtful, tote was in better condition than I could have imagined, and she sent a cute card to go with it!❤️ I had the same tote until last week when my daughter accidentally knocked over a wax warmer and ruined mine. I was really upset because it was my favorite bag, and am SO happy to have it *back*❤️ No scratches or any wear on this one, it looks brand new.
