I received my shoes and my shirt. Wow, I love them. the shoes are so much more beautiful in person, and I can tell you cleaned them before you sent them... they look brand new. Husband said "I thought you were going to get the ones from Poshmark... I didn't realize you were going to get brand new ones from Chanel... we can't afford that!" nope you just did an awesome job and they look beautiful. You even ironed the shoe bags...lol. Now I call that going above and beyond to make sure your customer is happy. Thank you so much, from this very, very happy girl.
