She let me know as soon as she noticed a small flaw on one of the items I had purchased (which she hadn’t seen before) and kindly offered to include an extra piece at no additional cost, along with the original item if I still wanted it. Everything arrived in perfect condition—even the flawed sweater is still totally wearable. Highly recommended!
