The item came to me with a slight bend but I shaped it back to a rectangular form. I'm hoping it was just from shipping and being squished or tossed around from the post office. Item came in beautifully other than that. My teenage daughter was pleased as well. She wanted one and it was sold out so I was really happy to find it on Poshmark. Thank You TangoMami!!! <3
