This rating is 100% for the seller only, no problem at all. But the delivery was terrible showed delivered 1-14-2026 but was not delivered until 1-19-2026 and the package ripped and item was dirty because of that. But that was not done by the seller. thank you @tassy77

It’s winter with storms everywhere which delayed the package by a day but the seller contacted me to let me know, which I thought was very thoughtful. The boots are brand new- looking. Very happy!
