You need to find another way of delivering the merchandise. Telling us 4 times the purse would be there & then it not being delivered is poor communication. In this age it should be better. The USPS taking another week reminded me of the 70's or 80's when we would order from the JC Penny's catalog & then had to wait 2 weeks for delivery.
