5 stars are for the fast shipping and condition of the boots. Where you are lacking as a seller is communicating with buyers. I sent several comments/questions and you did not respond to one of them. That’s extremely poor customer service. As I am a seller I make sure to respond to everyone with a question. You could have lost a sale. I took a chance on purchasing them and hoped they would get shipped. Thanks again for the fast shipping.
