One piece made the trip perfectly fine & the other did not. They were both wrapped well & in a sturdy box. 📦. I swear I don’t know what the postal workers do! Seller was supportive & offered to do whatever I wanted including exchanging it for another piece. Very generous! I’ll wait the 15 days & file a claim with USPS. I always feel bad when we lose a Snowbabies figurine. It’s like losing a friend!
