I was a bit surprised the item wasn’t wrapped in bubble wrap or in a padded envelope. It was wrapped in some tissue paper and while that did fortunately ensure the product didn’t shatter, I was just a bit surprised by that. Even purchasing the smaller vial of serum from shoprescuespa, it is heavily secured in bubble wrap and multiple layers of tissue paper in the box. Literally no other issues whatsoever, the product was exactly as advertised and in a brand new and unopened condition. Shipping was very quick, seller was quick to reply and very helpful and I will definitely repurchase from this seller again. The only thing I’d say is bubble wrap or thicker padding for what’s being shipped would be ideal. Thanks so much!
