If I had paid the asking price of $70-something rather than paying $54, I would have only rated 4 stars. That is because the majority of the photos, especially the main listing photo, is quite inaccurate regarding the color. Instead of a brilliant primary red suede jacket, this is actually a darker duller brick hue. However, it is still really pretty in is in great condition, with a flattering cut and interesting grommet detailing in both front & back. It fits me well too. When I chose to purchase, I was planning to alter the color a bit with professional suede dye In hopes of achieving a ruby(pinker red) hue. Not sure that will work now, considering the actual existing color leans more towards russet/brick, but I like to experiment. Regardless, it's a beautiful jacket at a reasonable price, So I'm writing five stars, despite the disappointing misrepresentation of its true color.
