This bag looked so nice and hardly worn in the picture but when the item came in, the color on the straps are very faded and on a couple of the "C's" we're unsewing. The seller is very kind and negotiable she seemed very caring about her customers and she ships very quickly! I made the mistake of not asking in what kind of condition the bag was in but other than that she's great and I will continue to shop w her (She also included a cute little charm)
