Integrity ... that's how this posher conducts her business!! She found a small imperfection AFTER I had completed purchase and was honest enough to reach out to me BEFORE she shipped with pictures and a description of the damage to verify I still wanted the bowl. Now that's impressive this day and time!! Super glad I went forward with purchase because the damage is hardly noticeable and the bowl is beautiful!! Thank you Tracey!! You have wow'd me!! Even a thoughtful note recommending I unpackage the bowl outside so the Styrofoam wouldn't make a mess inside the house. Kuddos!!! 💯🙌🏼🤗
