I appreciate that you sent the item quickly. However, even though the Post Office said it was delivered, I did not receive the item. It was either stolen or misdelivered. I do not think it fair to withhold the acceptance because you sent it in good faith. So...I guess I am out the $22+ dollars and have no dress. Thank you anyway.
