There is significantly more damage to the Tory Burch bag than the Seller noted, including handwritten initials inside. I even specifically asked if there was more damage than the one handle that the photos showed and I was assured (actually guaranteed) that there was not… however the Kate Spade tote is in perfect condition.. and I hate giving less than 5 stars to a hardworking posh seller. So 5 stars
