Hi! Thank you — the Burberry flats arrived and I really appreciate the fast shipping. I left a 5-star rating because the item was authentic and matched the description, but I did want to share a bit of feedback. The packaging could have used a little extra care — the shoes came in just a ziplock bag with no tissue or padding, and they arrived with a bit of a musty smell. I'm airing them out now, and hopefully that will help! Just wanted to share in case it’s helpful for future shipments. Thanks again!
