Brand new! Excellent quality! Unfortunately, they were shorter and much smaller than I anticipated. Perhaps this company runs small because this is certainly my size and I wear these type of pants almost daily. Such great quality though. I will gift them!

Thank you @triniskies. You did it yet again! The Extra Thick Yoga Mat I purchased from your closet was sensational! Will enjoy working out on this I’m sure! It has so much cushion and it can roll up to be stored away. The Mega Hero Rescue Set and The Minecraft Dungeons and Dragons Greta Character Figure will sure be a hit at Christmas for my Grandson.
